Jiro Desk is a workbench for the home inspired by the typologies and building techniques found within the common woodshop. The top-mounted storage system references “tools wells” found on traditional workbenches, and the heavy mass helps to create a grounded surface suitable for all types of work. Comprised of only four major components, the entire piece can be disassembled and packed flat for ease of storage or repair.
