The Windsor chair has been a staple of English and American furniture for hundreds of years. With all parts culminating in the seat, the chair has an incredibly stable and reliable structure, built to hold up to years of use.

My exploration into this furniture form leads to a simplified version of the Windsor chair. Utilizing clean lines, an elegant hourglass figure, and a focus on the most minute details, WC1 is my contemporary rendition of a classic form.
